First road trip

Delighted to have completed our first road trip in the Z. Approx 650 miles round trip from home near Chester up to Northumberland and back again. Caught up with family and friends en route and did a fair few coastal miles as well. What glorious scenery and roads, very few potholes too. Fast when needed, comfy enough for SWMBO to snooze on the motorway. Averaged 38mpg and over 100 spm. (Smiles per mile) Can’t possibly complain.

38mpg is impressive in a 30i too! I thought an average of just over 32mpg in my first 3.0Si was good, but my second managed just over 34mpg. :D
