So my new Z$M (new to me!) came CD changer ready but no CD Multichanger, it also has bluetooth but the connector for the phone was an old Nokia and I have an Iphone 4s so needed to buy the wider insert and iphone 4s tray.

I then treated myself to a missing screw cap (kindly spotted by another forum member!) and a new set of mats.

Got BMW to fit the Iphone 4s tray and CD multichanger for £89. Which given the arse ache of taking it all apart I thought was reasonable.

So now I'm all set for the long journeys - music'd and phoned up! :)

They are prone to play up, usually resorting to a thump to sort if your lucky.

I took mine out to fit an Intravee and had a couple of offers for it, but I'd never tested it and didn't know how reliable it was so didn't want somebody buying a dud.
 
If yours is a facelift, it should play mp3 CDs, but as already said, the Intravee with an Alpine KCA-420i is the absolute dogs danglies :thumbsup:
