First post and my new Z4C

Hello all, I got my Z4C about 3 weeks ago now and as you will all appreciate on here..... its brilliant! I'm so happy with it at the moment, I can't imagine how I could have made a better choice. This is my first 'proper car' (as I'm young and not too long out of uni) and as my previous car was a 1.8 Focus this has been quite a step up!

Options include, xenon headlights, cruise control, heated seats, bluetooth and the funny little net in the passenger foot-well that comes with the cup holders, I think everything else which comes to mind is standard.

I have some mod plans in mind such as CSL style wheels, M front and rear bumpers and adding aux to the radio but am in no big rush and could be swayed either way (I have already done the sound generator mod which I found on here). Anyway here are some pictures.

Hi and welcome to the forum and a good looking Zed you got their, liking the interior is it Amorone?

Welcome to the forum. Prepare for incoming roadster vs coupe abuse :) Obligatory can opener pics are sure to follow

BTW, nice car

Hi and welcome - great looking car. I thought all facelifts (the Coupe was introduced at facelift time) had the Aux fitted as standard so feel for the socket on the panel above the ashtray.

Aux was only standard on zeds built after 07 iirc.

Mine was built in 06 and had no Aux even though it was registered in 07.

Thanks - another useful bit of info. That's why I love this Forum.

Thanks for the comments everyone. I have seen the interior called many colours but Amorone sounds as good as any (Its the darker of the two red interiors either way) with the piano black trim. I was slightly nervous about the piano black when I was in the process of buying the car as I always assumed I would go for brushed aluminium but when I was sat in the car I quite liked it and now it has really grown on me. Exterior is what I would call the grey rather than silver, I'm sure someone will have BMW's name for it shortly, I think it is Stratus?

Looks like Amerone to me - that's what I really fancied. If you want to swap your Piano for Alu then there will be a queue of forumites waiting to do that deal!!

Welcome to the mad house and whatever mod budget you were thinking of - double it :)

Nice car, leather interior and its colour and landscape in pictures.

Congrats!
