Did you do any post on those photos? They do look pretty swift.
I'm late to the party re. photography and only just got around to getting my first DSLR. Got it primarily to take product shots for my wares. I'm frankly amazed at what they're capable of.
Give us a clue of what camera/lens/settings you used for those.

I've been tooling around with my D5600 and feel like I've barely scratched the surface of it's capabilities.

Sorry for the late reply...I missed this
Photoshop...yeh a little. It's easy to go too far and make it look unreal. I prefer the realistic look but adjusting the various sliders in Lightroom improves things a bit.
These photos were taken with a Canon R6 Mk2 and a Tamron 24-70mm f2.8 lens with the EF/RF adaptor ring. Polarising filter then adjusted a bit in Lightroom. Then cropped and my signature added in Photoshop. Settings...I'd need to check, but mostly I shoot in Av mode. and I expect these would've been f2.8. ISO likely 100. Camera decides shutter speed to get correct exposure.
Nice. Thanks for the reply.
Is Lightroom worth the investment? Like you I prefer the unmolested version of a good photo but post can definitely help. I'm trying out GIMP at the moment, primarily cos it's free. Importing RAW files is a bit of a chew but do-able. Is Lightroom a lot better?

I just invested in a half-decent f2.8 macro lens and am pretty impressed with it so far.

I think Lightroom is amazing. It costs about £10 per month and I use it quite a bit so for me, it's worth it. For £10 per month you get unlimited updates so it's always the most recent version, Adobe Bridge, and Adobe Photoshop. There's also cloud storage but I don't use that because I have my own NAS set up.
I have a ton of gear because I've been into photography for almost 30years. I also have a macro and some of the shots it can capture when coupled with my 50mp Canon 5Dsr, is astounding......it reveals more than you see with the naked eye.

I'm loving shooting the Z4 coupe these days. It's such a beautiful car.
