First long road trip

Very nice.....but you need a Roadster in that weather! :poke:
I'm off on my long road trip soon; UK - Germany - Switzerland - Italy and back home again......can't wait! :driving:

Yes, we did the scenic route and then went down to the hover dam. Awesome place.
 
Did you guys get a boat on Lake Mead? Back in the day you could get a jet ski and go up to the dam, and jump off and swim, very very scary!!!!

The water level in lake mead was very low, lowest it has been in years. Some of the locals were referring it to the cesspit.
 
Did highway one in a Mustang a few years ago wouldn't fancy it in an open top as there seems to be a lot of loose rocks coming off the cliffs. they have little trucks with droppable angled blades on front to sweep them off the road
 
Looks like an awesome trip. I spent a month driving around California, Arizona and Nevada in a Ford Explorer when I was still a teenager and I'd love to go back. Your photographs are fantastic :thumbsup:
