I see the roadster is there as well

When was that last started? And welcome back Taz

I fired that up too, that's not been on the road for 3 or 4 years either. I'm think I may sell that next year

Mines a little rough sometimes after I’ve not used for a few weeks, assuming old petrol? Once it’s had a little rev it sorts itself out… or is it a sign that something needs looking into?

Highly doubt it.
My motorbike had half a tank of fuel after its MOT in April 2022. I rode it home and parked it up. A year later, it needed its MOT again. It was connected to a trickle charger all the time so when I went out to start it, it fired up first time and ran as if I'd switched it off the day before.
Fuel can last so much longer than people think, so I doubt it's a fuel issue.

I got the same response when I asked that question for my Golf, as it is now 3 years with the same tank of fuel. As it is 98RON as well, it does not seem to go off at a speed where it matters.

I started a lawnmower which still had petrol in it from 10 years ago (surprised it has not evaporated), but it still ran fine.
