First aid under seat box thing

i have one of these. what do people use them for? all the first aid stuff was well out of date in mine.

i find the door to the box gets knocked open easily and is a pain to close. the latch must be damaged on mine.

I bought a second one and fitted it under the driver's seat - perfect place to put my Garmin when the car is parked!

After all it's not like Z4s have much in the way of storage options in the cabin. :lol:

I intend to fit under drivers side too as a little extra out of sight storage :)

No, I got the bracket too and the 3 self-tappers too. Can't remember now whether they are Torx or Star bolts.

But IIRC TomK is putting bucket seats in his car, so hopefully he has the bracket too.

Thanks for the info - I believe this is just the box, no bracket though, but there's loads of brackets out there

I have one sitting in the garage from when I changed my seats. Wish I'd thought of this before :headbang: guess what I'll be doing this weekend? :D

It would have been much easier to fit the bracket before you put the seats in though!

Sadly it looks like you've missed out on this one. But if you still want one it's exactly the same part as used on the E46 3 Series - just try to get one with the bracket, and if possible the 3 screws.
