firmware v32.2 help !!!

loaded successfully the firmware with loads of new extras but no UK POSTCODES !! tried everywhere to locate where it says to locate it but not there ???? any suggestions.

yes, i have followed the intructions----------information......travel information-------location------travel......and it should be there

There's no full postcodes as such, but you can enter "B1 1" for a birmingham postcode & pick the road to narrow down the last 2 letters, do it in the Town section

but the pc are on there somewhere just cant remember where with
out sitting in front of it.

Yup. The full postcode set is added as a POI database (or databases) You don't need 32.2 for that, any Nav unit can search for POI's on the disc. Someone said that v32.2 added it as a part of the search, but I've not seen that when playing with a v32.2 modded car.

Had a look at my sat nav tonight and it was
information......travel information-------info on location------travel
But the info that came with my dvd reads
information......travel information-------info on city------search------travel.
so the input you are using looks right to me! :?

This is correct, if you've bought a non-BMW DVD that someone has hacked you can get POI Postcodes but it's nothing to do with the BMW v32 firmware.
