Hi all-I mentioned last week about a passenger side leak I had noticed, well it pi$$ed down this morning and sure enough the carpet was wet 
-I dried it all out, checked by pressing kitchen roll into the pile, poured some water down the side of the screen then waited a couple of mins, tried the kitchen roll -still dry. I then poured some water along the bottom of the window, again waited a couple of mins-carpet still dry with kitchen roll, I then poured some water down where the screen pillar, wing and door meet-checked carpet and found the kitchen roll wet-so I 'manipulated' and cleaned and Gummied the seal, dried the carpet again and tried more water-DRY!!!-fingers crossed

I suppose its okay to pour water around the car but you cant simulate a good downpour with wind blowing it all directions!
