Finding the right coupe

Hi all
I have been gathering as much info as possible on the coupe and have decided to take the plunge
I just need to save some pennies, all been well should take about 6 to 8 months (some saved already)
It will be my toy, to be used as much as poss but only when dry , so not my daily car
So will be looking for low millage and in mint condition with full service ,
Any tips or advice would be much appreciated
Buget will be 10k plus fingers crossed
Live in Stoke area so will be asking for good indy garages to use
Nearest bmw garage is knights next to stoke city fc about 7 mile away

i think 10k is ok for a coupe but the very good low mileage 1's tend to be a bit more

List the extras / colour combo you want and stick to them, decide your mileage cut off and be prepared to travel. Look for cars where they have more than just service stamps for history and you should be ok..

Hello and welcome.

As Marlon has said you can post a wanted thread in the buy and sell forum to get anyone selling on here and any adverts you like the look of in other market places post links here. You will always get plenty of opinions and usually some good advice. Might help filter out the "one"

Thanks for the advice and warm welcome
Been looking for last couple of months (window shopping) dark colours seem to appeal to me most , don't won't red or silver
Seen a few all been around 12 - 13k mark , but won't rather wait and get right one
Milage would ideally be under 50k full service and with loads of old bills and paper work
Just at matter of saving now
Must admit waiting is hard specially when you see that perfect car but don't have the funds yet

But as they say good thing are worth waiting for

Spent last weekend practicing how to wash a z4 coupe properly by washing, claying, polishing and waxing my 2002 a4 tdi
Took 5 hours
Then wife came home as I was packing up , so had to do her corsa as well lol
Told kids naff wash your own lol
Shattered!

Im guessing you're after a manual? As otherwise mine seems to fit your bill:
