Finding 2nd hand roof motor

Hi,

First post on this site so hope someone can help.

Got a 05 reg z4 which has water damage to the roof motor.....a common problem I believe. I found some great instructions on here about replacing the motor but does anyone know where I can find a replacement roof motor, second hand or cheaper than going direct to BMW....either via a BMW scrap yard or refurbished.

Joe @ Sopers in Lincoln do the motors complete with the soundproofing delivered for £330.

There are two part numbers for the roof motors and they are interchangeable - if your dealer doesn't know this, then the 'other' price is close to £1k.
