Finally

Well after months of searching along with months of browsing this forum I finally bought a Z4 a couple of weeks ago. I intended to post on here a few weeks ago but with all this lovely weather any spare time I had was spent in the car!

As I said earlier I had spent a few months looking for my ideal Z4 and was almost set on getting a 2.0l as I assumed insurance and running costs would be cheaper. In actual fact the 2.5 was cheaper to insure and the 3.0l even more so. With no decent 3.0 at least in my price range for sale in my area, I found myself this 2005 2.5 in the colour and with the specs I wanted which so far seems to be in good condition.

I have already installed the Aux port (thanks to the guides on the forum) and I think the next thing I need to purchase is the stubby and wheel refurb.

I cleared out the roof drains which definitely needed doing as I could see visibly see the roof motor submersed in water.

That's a good looking Zed - well worth cleaning out those drains from what you say.

Welcome to the Forum.

Hi and welcome.

Fancy coming along to a Sussex/Kent meet?

I was looking through the pictures of the recent Sussex meet, so many zeds, looked very cool. Would definitely be up for coming along to the next meet.
