FINALLY, Some Decent-ish Photos of Machine Monkey's Motor

Met up with Mat yesterday by taking a slight detour on the way back from Cheltenham, we spoke big brake kits, threw some ideas around, then I grabbed the camera and made an attempt to take some shots.

Few problems, one, the location was a little un-inspiring with regards to getting "arty", and two, silver car's are nigh on impossible to photograph properly in harsh direct sunlight.

Anyway, enough excuses:

What rear diffuser is that? Looks great!

It's the rear part of the aero kit. As in the side skirts and front bumper. No one seems to know about the rear part???

£200 for a piece of plastic abit to much for me, will start looking for second hand one :(

I am not sure stlymch I like the look plate free. But feel I should put one back on? I have the original plate in the window. I think maybe a small stick on plate or a square plate bolted into the towing eye???
 
I had a few stickers made up, they looks enough like a plate to not draw the wrong kind of attention but keeps the profile of the bumper. I can also just rip it off for photos and then stick another on after ;)
Don't have a photo so you'll have to wait until next weekend to see it.
 
Yeh I think that's the way to go. I could keep a legal one in the boot!!

Looking forward to a week today :thumbsup: it's going to be a busy week getting it done what with my accident and all. There is another member coming Oli t he is having my lowering springs. So it's going to be a busy day of modding :thumbsup:
 
I always keep a legal plate in the car with double sided tape ready to go, just incase...
Can't wait for next weekend, will do my best to help out as much as possible now that you have the beaker twins. Such a shame we have to go to work between now and then!

It has been lowered a bit. Not sure about the 3.0l badge where we looking Andy?
