HEY!! :) So as I mentioned in my previous post, I've been browsing and using the forum for some time now. But thankfully (for less of a better word) a lot of you guys had had similar problems with great photos and tips to solve these issues, so I haven't had to post (Thanks  )!

Hopefully i'll find a solution to my roof problem... but anyway.. here's my Z4:

Other than getting the roof fixed :headbang: I have plans of touching up some of the paint chips, clear up the front lights (they have that misty/cloudy look atm) and general things to make the car look nicer (tan gearstick is worn but impossible to find a replacement etc).

If anyone has any tips for the above I would love to hear!

I'm based in Brighton so it's a daily battle of avoiding seagull poo!

Hi and welcome. Nice car.

From memory the Turtle Wax headlamp cleaner/restorer came out tops. As you have already discovered there's an answer to most things somewhere on here.

Enjoy :driving:

Hi and welcome to the forum

I've used this kit on two of my Z4's so far and can recommend it. Follow the instructions without any short cuts and it makes a huge difference..
3M Headlamp Restorer from Amazon.

There are a few of us near you. I'm in Hailsham. If you wanted to pop over one Sunday morning I don't mind taking a look.

Hi

welcome to the forum

Love the merlot red, looks great on your z4 .. one of the rarer colours these days .. our 1st ever Z4 was in this colour.

I think the e89 35is would look great in this shade as well

there are numerous posts on roof fixes on this site .. friend of mine has his changed for a new hydraulic motor all in for £580 I think, h he picked it up a few weeks ago and is very pleased

regards

Hi and welcome.
Your Z is a lovely colour!
And if the photo was taken where you live you must have a great view every morning - hopefully offsets the seagull issue somewhat!
Enjoy.
