Bought 3 weeks ago but a setback with wheel's plus a 2 week holiday meant i parked it in the garage after it was delivered & only today at 12 did the insurance start .
Fresh wheel's sorted & fitted so been out & about . First thoughts after 35/40 miles ? Motorway + bumpy twisty lanes /
Couldn't be happier with the ride on SE spec with the 265 40 rears 235 45 fronts Continentals - zero twitch at speed , quiet & comfortable with loads of grip
Auto previously with Zc but the clutch & box are really smooth & easy so again no complaints there ( prepping my left foot for M version  )
Roady v Coupe ? Slight road noise from behind headrests otherwise no noticeable difference
2.5 ? It feel's lively enough if you hold the revs more as opposed to relying on torque & manual box is a bonus here i feel

Taking it over to my indy shortly for service , door lock attention ,roof fettle & any other repairs he can find so by next weekend i should be fully roadworthy :driving: in a 110k faultfree Z

That's what I would call exceptional value for little money and really pleased you weren't deterred by the mileage, it looks superb.
Looked after they'll run for ever.

Never been afraid of buying a car with miles on providing the car has been maintained correctly & the price reflects .
It cracks up sharp & run's silent , listened for knocks ,squeeks or rattles & nothing :?
The history points to a very well cared for car over its last 75k so not concerned .
Planning a jaunt to Normandy next month so a good test for it

I like the alloys, what are they?

http://www.wheelwright.co.uk/alloywheels/calibre/cc-s-matt-black-polished-face

8J front Et 32 235 45 18
9j rear Et 35 265 40 18

Liked the 2 tone finish & wanted the concave face , maybe not to everyone's taste but i like em

Yeah they look good

Mine need a refurbish and colour change I expect, two tone colour is also probably going to happen when I get round to it. Or maybe a shadowed chrome look.

I agree, the alloys sure do look good.

Now all you have to do is rip out that tax disc..

It is exceptional value! Nice to see that it will be brought back to its best

Given me inspiration to get back into a Z when I get home.

Looking cool Mr Wilks and with 4 round wheels. Worth the wait 8)

Welcome to the world of fresh air, star lit sky's and singing engines.

so if it was direct choice between coupe and roadster which would you now go for?

Ah, the million dollar question

Looks great Mr W - best get that leg and arm exercised though, the M box and shift is agricultural in comparison :D

Lookin' good Mr.W. We're not too far from each other so can I ask who your Indy is? Just for future reference should something arise on my Z that I can't sort for myself
