Mango walk stubby on the shopping list then!
What about the quad spot rear lights?

Other than the lights and stubby I intend to:
Restore the headlights as they've gone slightly misty,
Full detail (black is a nightmare!)
I've booked an appointment with chips away to get rid of a couple of minor scratches, they're only in the lacquer but I don't fancy using wet and dry paper on my car myself!
Restore the leather m sport seats
Clean and protect the hood (and reccomendations?)
Refurbish the 108s, either that or get some new wheels. Either 19' CSLs or something with a dish; bbs rs/ borbet a, something special.
Possibly a black grill.

The sound generator mod was done within 10mins of it sitting on the drive, took all of 30secs to do! Makes a big difference, sounded a little too sedate before.

Clear spots - tricky to find, but go for it (if I dont get there first  )
Front lights, if you're opening them up, worth swapping the indicators for a clear set. Time consuming job, but worth it, there's a guide on here.
Black paint - tell me about it
Some CSL reps would look good. Or do something individual with your 108s
I'm not so keen on the black grill, but each to their own

Cheers mate.
I'm not hugely fussed about the orange in the headlights, I'll probably leave them, just wet and dry and cut with a polishing compound the outside glass to remove the haze!
I will probably plastidip the grill, if I don't like it I'll just remove it, I think it should man up the front a tad.

Has anyone fitted bbs rs to a z4? I think some polished rs wheels would look insane if exceuted correctly!
The same question for polished 108s? Although that may look a bit bling

What you don't even know you desperately need is one of these..........

Nah, I had a skull splitting sub when I was 18 and I've grown out of all that now I'm the grand age of 25 lol.
Although I appreciate that the speakers could do with some more bass, I'm not fancying taking up the boot with a speaker, I've got the premium 10 speaker setup and for a BMW factory option it's alright, once properly calibrated its not awful :)

Restored one headlight today, much better! Removed 90% of the stonechips and got rid of the cloudiness

Here's the headlights, not the best photos but I was busy with wet&dry ;)

Different light I know but they were equal., unedited pics etc, straight off the cam. A noticeable improvement

I've had the zed a little while now and it's treated me well, so in return I've treated it to some TLC!

I've fitted the obligatory stubby (nicked it off my old Clio 182 which fitted perfectly!)

I've plastidipped my front grill Matt black, I wasn't sure if it would suit the car but I'm so glad I did it, makes the front look far more aggressive without looking chav.

I still haven't decided what I want to do with the rims, originally wanted something with a dish, bbs rs would look insane, but with an upcoming house purchase I'm settling with refurbishing the 108s for now :)

I've only done the one wheel for now, thanks to the guides on here.
It's not 100% perfect but it's a marked improvement.

Im going to sand/paint the insides when I have more time, I hadn't even cleaned the stars for the photos so they're not looking their best!

I've also given the car a 75% machine polish, I'm still waiting on the bonnet as I intend on doing a smart repair to the stonechips etc. The panels that have been completed look great: complete swirl and rds removal, black is a nightmare it oh my does it look good once cared for.

Here's a nasty scuff I waved my magic wand at:

The chip just needs touching in and leveling down with some wet&dry and it will be as good as new!

I don't have any finished photos from the detail, I'll crack out my Nikon at some point for some real shots, these are all straight off the iPhone quick snaps just to show some progress.

I keep meaning to have a stab at light painting, watch this space!
