After looking for over 3 months picked up my Z4 today.

It is a 30i auto and sounded so good I didn’t bother turning the stereo on all the way back home.

Had the run flats removed before I picked up the car and even the dealer said that the ride was transformed.

It will need new front discs shortly otherwise seems in good order.221BC2D2-6FAC-4B43-9F2E-389FFE142202.jpeg

Picked up loads of tips from this forum when looking so thanks for the help much appreciated.

Double garage so no probs with the width! It was just a bit close closing the door to the front.

I’ve got a double as well but it has a structural pillar at the entrance and more importantly another internal pillar just where the door of my Z opens. Of course it would be the rear door of a saloon car.

Yes ditching the runflats was my first priority. I have got some laquer peeling on the front bumper which may need some attention at some stage but being black doesn’t really show until you are close up to it. Looking forward to tomorrow when I can really go over the car as I have been working today.

Need to drop some new front discs on the car and do some work to the stone chips on the bonnet first. Then a quick filter and oil change. Although service book states it has only been done 2000 miles ago this was over a year ago so think it’s best to pop fresh oil and a filter in. Any thoughts on changing the Auto box oil whilst I have access to a ramp? Car has done 55k As for mods I will have to save some funds 4 new tyres and the purchase cost has pretty much depleted funds!

Afternoon folks I have finally had a good chance to look over the car. The wind deflector is missing but there are brackets attached to the headrests. I have attached a picture can anyone confirm if this is the standard BMW unit if so I can then hunt down the correct part. Thanks for any help.
