Finally got my dream car

Welcome, and if 17 is your age, well done on a z4!

Just a heads up, you made the right choice with a convertible, but our friends who made a mistake and got a tin top try and say theirs is better. This happens in nearly every post :fuelfire:

The day before I bought my coupe, a car with that spec (albeit 2.5 engine) was what I was going to buy, I had put down a holding deposit with the dealer and was due to go on the Saturday morning with a view to buying.

However at approx 5pm Friday evening my car appeared at a dealership on the AUC website... 11am Saturday I was signing on the dotted line for the coupe club.

Thanks for all the compliments :) .... 17? :? I wish they would insure me at 17. I've waited for 3 years to get enough no claims to afford a 2l Z :) That's my boyfriends supra which he is now selling because he has just brought an Astra VXR Nurburgring. He has managed to somehow own 4 cars in the time is taken me to save up for this. Not fair!

I know what you mean about keeping black cars clean! Absolute nightmare! I like Demon Shine wet wax it seems to really bring the car up nice, hard work though because you have to hand dry the car before it dries naturally!

You should have seen the state of my last car! It was down the stables every weekend covered in crap. I'm determined not to let that happen to my new car.

Just to state the obvious, when the car is clean. Have any of you actually noticed that Carbon Black isn't even black??? I'm so confused my car definitely looks blue in the light haha!!! :D
