Finally got my 2.2 E85 (pics included)

I finally got my Z4. We drove it for about 125 miles and I have to say that i love it.
It's comfortable enough (I'm 183cm/6ft), noise at 130kmh (80mph) with roof up is fine for me.
With roof down, wind starts flowing through the cabin at 100kmh (62mph). That's not a problem for me, but I would like to know if it could be better in that aspect. (has wind deflector)
Engine/exhaust sound is great, it already has some custom exhaust I think.
Fuel economy is fine, 8.5l/100km at 130kmh with cruise control.

Only thing that happened was this at 180kmh (didn't want to push it more, has old tires) -> https://z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=95437

Anyway, amazing car!

Your car is looking good.

And it sounds like you have already started to get the Z4 "bug" - like most of us on here!

Hopefully hitting 180kmh made you realise that a 2.2 is no slouch. :driving:

Thanks! Yes, 2.2 is fast enough.

Welcome  that is a very nice colour E85 you have, but I would say that :P
Yes, the colour is great. It makes the car look more serious :D

Welcome to the exclusive 2.2 Club :D
Loving the 2.2. I don't really have experience with fast cars so this one goes great IMO. This car is also meant for cornering, not some silly straight line speeds, at least I get it that way.. Also love driving go karts so it will probably be similar when driving through corners 8)

Welcome to the forum, you can change your forum name now
Yep, I agree. I couldn't find the option in settings. Do you maybe know where it is? :D

Lovely car with the best engine
Thanks! :)

Changed engine, gearbox, diff oil and all filters (about 160 euros), had it detailed (30 euros) and I don't think there's much more to do.

Only things left are to change that always breaking third brake light and to adjust front bumper (you can see that on the photo) since it seems it was removed and than put back on for some reason (probably air condition fixing or something, I saw the sticker of some shop that repairs them under the hood). I don't believe it was crashed because hood and front wings are aligned perfectly.
Oh, I remembered that I want to remove ugly registration plate frames.

I have some kind of belt noise on cold starts, but it only happened two times since I bought it. Maybe someone know what's that about?
