Finally fitted new rubber

Finally had my newFalken Tyers fitted after having sat in the garage for 3 months and wow what a difference form the old conttis so much more grip and a lot less tram lining and there not even scrubbed in yet all though to be fair there was very little tread left on the fronts
So just need some good weather to run them in here's hopeing for a good weekend :D
 
interesting, what sizes are they really better than the contis, how about noise and how much did 4 cost, thanks, enjoy weekend hooning :thumbsup:
 
Blackcircles can't REMBER the price but cheaper than the conttis I bought them about 3 months ago I'll try and dig out the invoice tommorw , noise seems ok I only changed the fronts still about 5mm on the rears which are conttis
It is fair to say the fronts were down to about 2.5 mm if not less but the difference is truly noticeable so much more grip at the front end and just feels a lot tighter and not even scrubbed in so they should get better with a few hundred miles on them ,this being the case I'll change the rears too in a month or two already for spring and some topless hooning :D
 
mixing f and r different make tyres, on an m, ? is this not contrary to all we have been told , or am i thinking of the 3m with its fred flintstone rear suspension ? !!!! :?
 
They are the 452s much more grip now there scrubbed in going to replace the rears in the next month or so
