FINALLY! Been given permission to get myself a Z4 :driving:

Firstly, apologises, Secondly, Hi! - I may have approached this forum thingy the wrong way round! - In my enthusiasm I just posted to make contact with "V5C" for the Z4 Silver posted in the last 5 days or so. Being in Cheshire and SUPER keen I'm keen to get rolling. Oh, and just to say I'm loving the "Z4-forum" membership vibe. *BTW hope to hear from V5C as soon as (is it possible to contact members direct?)

Ignorance is bliss for her (and consequently me).

My wife thinks my Z3 project is costing around £10k (cos that's what I told her). The reality is much, much more than that. I know....I'm a terrible person. I'm a worse husband.

Mine detested my E89, called it the stupid car... so when I announced that it was time to grow up and sell all my stupid cars and buy something sensible like an Audi Q5, suddenly she was filled with joy. So, I went out to look and purchase an Audi Q5 and came back with another Z4 :rofl:, She was not amused, when it arrived she walked past it on the drive without comment and has refused to go anywhere in it, hooray for another stupid car!

Mine didn’t like the M as it was far too uncomfortable. So the 911 was a massive improvement comfort wise, even on 20” wheels so I had the blessing for that.

I got another Z last year, she hasn’t been in it :lol:

Luckily I may be single again very soon, so I can do what I want. Only downside is she will probably get all my money, so I won't be able to afford to!

My wife is delighted with the Z4, even if it’s lowered and on 19’s but it’s still way more comfortable than the previous track-ish Mini I had for several years.
