Fighting with a TE MQS sealed connector

Trying to insert pins into this TE MQS Sealed connector and having difficulty. I've easily inserted pins 1,2,5, 6 with the pink tpa lock pressed outward.
Pins 3, 4 that are right next to the tpa locks are still barred from seating.

It seems like the outer shroud should be removable, giving the pink tpa more room to unlock, but I cant fid a way to release the outer shroud.
I'm certain that @AnubisZed has at least pinned this connector for a PDC retrofit (Wire loom AB to AB2 connector) but I'll wecome a response from anyone.

Found my own solution.. but it took me long enough that I'll leave the post for someone elses search.
The end tabs in step one are pretty difficult... Knowing its the correct place to apply significant pressure is what was needed.

Glad you've found the solution, as I didn't use these OEM plugs on mine, instead I used a standard automotive 6 way waterproof plug (shown in my video) to do the job.
I am now having some issues randomly coming up with the front loom, so I've acquired a used front loom with a tail from the plug so I can then make up a new full loom back to the module, that way I'll know for sure its all good.

I still need to get the pdc module integrated into the fusebox and canbus. But I now have front and back sensors installed and connected to the module and the end of the loom really close to the fusebox. I messed with that little connector for an hour and was worried about breaking it before I found the instructions (using AI) from an old E46? service manual. Still sounded like it separated badly when it released, but it was fine. There must be an official tool for it, I used a flathead and a pick with exceptional force and a tough glove on my holding hand to prevent stabbing myself!
