They are self certified BMW specialist indie.

Did MOT there and it all went smooth, no prob. It was slightly more expensive at £40.

Asked about key fob programming. Got tod its £40 ago (same price as my main dealer) as they have to "put it on a machine" to get "diagnostics" before they can activate automatic drive away locking. This of course is loads of bull.

Also asked about installing cruise control. Their answer was "it can be done on most BMW". Had no clue about price, parts or if indeed can be done at all on my zed. (again I know it can be done albeit a bit tricky on post face lift).

Would I use them again? definitly not
 
Use these on the X5. Seem OK and cheaper than BMW (natch) but I wouldn't let them near the Zed.
 
Can't comment on them personally, but listened to a few mates who tried them, all seemed to say the same sort of thing.
 
I used this garage for service on Z3, I would really only trust them to change oil and filters. Their attitude did not inspire confidence and car had to be returned due to misfire on cold start. Would not use them again, very untidy workplace a garage to be avoided.!
