I think its a package they used to do on 330 with different bits of interior suspension including the gear knob. I heard the zhp knob is from then, and helps with shorter shifts. As I cant stand the long shift that comes with the stock (esp 2nd to 3rd) I just had to get this one which everyone says helps.

Mind you Looking at the title of the thread, I think I bought a small knob

make sure you dont knock any teeth out when pulling off old knob recommended putting in 2nd before pulling
