Ferrari - I think not

"1991 Ferrari 360 Spider F1 2dr M Convertible 3.6"

Quite apart from the ad title above, that is simply an abomination

They spent HOW much on it ???

That's absolutely hilarious!

Obviously a home made job. Looks like a dodgem from behind. I don't understand the mentality behind making something so terrible looking, that doesn't in the slightest look like a Ferrari, but then putting badges on it (which look like bad copies of badges). . . . and then driving around in it??! Did the person responsible actually think it looked good/like a Ferrari. ?

Might offer him £5395 for it :P

Actually now I think about it about 3 years ago I was buying fibreglass matting and resin from a place that manufactures ice cream vans in Cannock (don't ask..).

They were part way through making something like this based on an MR2. it was only part built but had crapness in its DNA. There may be the 4 he mentions in the ad

I saw an MR2 on a cop car show tonight. Someone had made it look like a Lambo Gallardo. At a glance it looked semi genuine, hence the puzzled copper pulled it over in disbelief as it didn't match the PNC data.

It was a better looker than this one. At least it resembled a Lambo...

That Ferrari is hilarious! Would be ideal for street carnivals, being driven along amongst the floats.

I think the only replica I would consider is a Porsche 356 Speedster :)

Hilarious and highly embarrassing attempt!

And now how it *should* be done...

That is really nasty, clearly the guy thinks it's really good. I'll be amazed if this sells, or perhaps not.
