Feeling rather smug...

I don't list technical or mechanical abilities in my top 10 list of things I'm half decent at, so having successfully fitted a gapTech recently and it actually working!!, I decided to push the boat out and have a go at fitting a Parrot hands free kit this weekend instead of paying a dealer a string if ponies. I didn't break anything, blow any fuses or shred any wires, and I now can talk hands free :D Feeling rather pleased with myself.

I now believe I can do anything car related, so bring on the self mods!! Let's see how long it is before I cock something up... :driving:

It certainly is a good feeling!! Worried it's going to turn into an obsession though.

Went to uni in Worcester (great City), nickname was spoon (don't ask).

NIce start!
Just to ramp it up a little......
Maybe your next mod should be the real version of this.......

Good for you, I never understand it when people say they can't do something on their car, it's just laziness. Nobody knows how to do something first time around, but if you take your time and follow a good guide, nothing is too difficult. It's not like mechanics or auto electricians are brain surgeons, they just have experience.
