Feel divorce imminent 2

I went out on a few errands yesterday with the wife. It was a nice clear day but I couldn't have the roof down in case it messed up her hair

No buy her a hat, that's what I use, it much more effective than the wind deflector

Yes, Mrs PVR looks like the Michelin Man on an arctic trip with snow hat on.

... whilst I am wearing shorts and a t-shirt 8)

Easy answer - send mrs to the hairdressers and pay for a grade 1 - no hair - no need to keep the roof up to protect it. If she instigates divorce proceedings thereafter at least you might get to keep the car

this does wind me up also!

but i have to ask... was it really warm enough to have the roof down?

:o

If it's not raining and it's blowing less than a force 5 to 6 that's a question that should not be uttered, shame on you :poke: :)

Think we've kind of had this discussion before elsewhere but -6 deg centigrade is the coldest i've had my roof down so far. OK; for those of you who experience -20 deg and more - you get excused :)

All year round the roof comes down

I had this response from the gf everytime I suggested roof down. I'd argue that it was a roadster and designed to be used. She'd get a bit grumpy and deliberately act overly cold.

...so bought a coupe and the first thing she asks is, "can we put the roof down?"

:headbang:

That old chestnut.

Even after 8 years in the zds I can't get it right. Sometimes I feel she won't want the top down. But now she knows if suns out tops down.

Had the 4th zd for a week and I have yet to have it down myself like having pressies indeed the tree, gonna open it when I'm ready. Been rainy and dark. It is the week I normally put the hard top on which puts the stop to any topless activity so will be odd to drop anytime.

That's the nice thing about being single, no one to tell us what to do
