Fed up... hologramming hell

I have just picked up a 57 plate Z4 from Sytners High Wycombe and mine has hologramming too...to be fair i never knew it was a problem and it doesn't bother me but just wanted to share my experience. Also i'm a newbie could someone explain to me what claying is please?

Kick it back and play merry hell matey, its not acceptable and shouldnt be handed over to a paying customer.

As for clay, the basics is it lifts/removes bonded polutants/contaminants on the painted surface, it canalso be used on wheels and glass.

The key to clay is ensuring the panel and clay is well lubricated.
A quick detailer product works well but you can make home made brew which is best with bottled water and a smudge of car shampoo, just enough to make it feel slick to the touch so the clay glides across the paint.
