Took this pictures when we had an R8 to test for the weekend....

Well, tell us all about the R8. Automobile Magazine rated it second only to Jesus and the Holy Ghost (I guess that would be third, or, maybe not)

How does it compare to the M Coupe?

If you are speaking of mine. That pic was taken with a AE-700 35mm Minolta with a wide angle lens. 20 year old one, on film. There has been no photo editing at all. The BMW logo on the sign does that when a flash s used. Taken at HC 07.

Thanks CaZ4, taking photos in Old Blighty for a February competition means it's pretty much going to be dark! I took it at night with the only illumination coming from the interior light and a shutter speed of 30 seconds. The bush blurring in the background was nothing to do with photoshop - just leaves blowing in the breeze for half a minute.
