As we end the year let's have a favourite Song/Track of the year thread. I love discovering new music so look forward to see what were your faves.

I'll start it off....in reverse order.

No.5 COASTS - A Rush Of Blood.
Sure these guys will be big in 2015.

No.4 RUN THE JEWELS - Blockbuster Night Part 1
Not a massive fan of modern day Rap/Hip-Hop but loved some of the tracks from 2013's "Run The Jewels". Found this years "Run The Jewels 2" to be a better album.

No.3 FUTURE ISLANDS - Seasons (Waiting On You)
First caught these guys on "Later" and then the "Letterman" appearance. Fantastic frontman in Samuel T Herring......mesmerizing performance.

No.2 PERFUME GENIUS - Queen
From the excellent album "Too Bright". Absolutely love this track.

No.1 KASABIAN - Stevie
Big Kasabian fan...dunno how Serge knocks so many Anthems out. Love this unpluugged version of Stevie from this years "48:13".

I'm a bit mainstream with my music, so I don't know everything that's out there and I always seem to be playing catch up, but Future Islands' album was simply superb and Seasons (Waiting On You) and A Dream Of You And Me would both be in my Top 5.

Sing by Ed Sheeran would also be in there.

Not sure of much else, I've bought a lot of albums but a lot of them are from previous years
