Faulty window

I am starting to have problems with my Zed’s passenger window. Initially there was a terrible squeaking / rubbing noise followed by a not so nice clunk when fully down, however it worked fine.
Yesterday the problem got worse, now the squeaking noise has been replaced with a grating noise (like a bearing gone?) this is apparent on opening and closing the window. It also seems to be applying extra resistance to the motor as it actually stops and drops the window back down when trying to close.

Any ideas….

Window regulator? Do a search, there should be a 'how-to' fix on here somewhere. Year? Roadster or coupe (I don't think this matters for the regulator).

Are these regulators expensive? Where can I buy one (on line).

I have managed to get hold of very detailed step by step instructions of how to remove the panel from the door…. So this should me?
