fault codes. anyone want to ruin my day?

I am dreading what response may come back from more knowledgeable members of this forum when I list the fault codes. Please be kind...
1. 2869 DME self test RAM check faulty
2. OF power on reset
3. 5E24 Pressure sensors
4. 5E20 Pressure sensor 1

Regarding #1 sounds like it could be a horror story. No idea what #2 is about.
#3 and #4 highlighting a problem with ABS.
Can anyone clarify is the ABS problem to do with the ABS module in the engine bay or is it referring to the sensors at the wheel hubs?

Many thanks for any advice.

To put in context, I discovered the fault codes after the brake light and traction control symbols illuminated yellow on dash. Strange thing, after scan and not erasing or fixing anything, lights on dash disappeared so not displaying permanently.

I would do some serious searching on these codes before allowing anybody to replace expensive parts, it looks like code #1 is a bag of worms that may just require a software update

Ive had the same two lights on dash, changed both sensors in engine bay £10 each,5 minute job ,it cleared the lights .

are the sensors in the engine bay which you refer to located on the abs module unit. I was under the impression those sensors are mega bucks, but £10 each? Can you give description of part/no. Thanks

in response to battery condition. It is good. I did change it a few months ago. Car is only used at weekends, but not had any problems with start up with new battery.

You can experience strange problems caused by the battery despite having no issues starting the car, I’d still get it tested (or measure the voltage yourself after it’s sat for a week)

Have you cleared the codes to see what comes back?

Also check the battery, charge it or replace it.

OEM part is £100 plus. Might try aftermarket to see if solves problem with lights on dash. Thanks for pics to show location

Mine defo were not oem,but they did the job and sometimes oem are not the answer, springs suplex have been great compared to oem,and many use them here ,just an example.
Up to you but £20 or £30 to me is worth swopping them out.
I am not liable for any damage caused to your car disclaimer lol

Had the 5E20/24 pressure sensor codes on mine along with the same dash lights. Turned the car off for a couple of minutes and they disappeared....only to reappear some months later. Bought a reader, and read and deleted the codes, only to have it come back a month later. Cleaned the sensor connectors and so far so good (6 months). New pressure sensors aren't expensive....but they may just need a good clean on the contacts.

Car is due MOT today so don't want messing with sensors and cause some other major problem (sods law). Ordered aftermarket sensors, cheap alternative to check if that is cause of fault code. Will clean contacts and clear codes regardless of MOT result.
Thanks again for all replies
