fault code reader

if not which is the best to get? an ebay £15 jobbie or the one that is about £25 and is just a usb cable for a laptop?
 
If you are android user, get Torque app and BT adapter from ebay, it lows you to scan and clear fault codes plus much more.

This one good aswell, I'm using it mostly for codding as my car doesn't have any faults ;D
