If the narrowest point of the garage is the garage door uprights & is the bit that worries you most then consider getting a sectional or roller door as these are mounted on the inside of the aperture meaning you get the full width of the opening.

Certainly I would not stand on the seat to get in and out. Sure way to damage it (heat pads and sensors on passenger side) and secondly you don't need to close the roof each time you garage it, unless it's wet. Mine lives under a hardtop for 4-5 months a year and after 13 years still looks near brand new.
Would def. roll it in and out as others have said, or leave it outside. If you roll it in forward the open boot rear panel will provide a real easy pull point for such a light car

Or why not simply enable the "easy access mode" in the car's settings, the one that lowers the driver's door window to "aid access in tight spaces"
