Thought i'd post a few pics of my zed and its progress so far. I've concentrated on chassis and handling so far as you'll see from the spec i've included below as there's really not too much around for the 3.0si in terms of power gains unless spending big money on superchargers etc, so i get my fun from the odd trackday here and there and superb road handling. Still a few things i'd like to do with her to make her into what i'd call the finished article but its slowly getting there!

one of my fave cars on the forum... such a simple yet focused build... really well done!

also that first shot reminds why i love the z4R so much, it just looks SO right when lowered with a decent rim and tyre combo, so purposeful and that shape is still one of the best designs around. This view , and angle with no roof cant be matched but the coupe imo.

Nicely done do what needs doing to improve the driving experience without ruining the Z4s great looks

It’s all been said, very very nice job, congratulations on presenting a stunning car and I am sure drives as well as it looks.

Hahaha!... Cheers mate, I use one of the wife's old soft makeup brushes and various potions to get in all the nooks and crannies. Takes ages but I try to stay on top of it regularly. :D

She must be livid

The feeling I get from this car is that it’s one of those that would look just as good in the metal as is does in photo’s

Very Smart sir! We've spoken on Facebook about trackdays, and tyre choices if I recall - either way, really like what you've done with the car, bet it's a hoot on track! Have you been tempted to fit an LSD? Best mod I did to my old 3.0si coupe :P

Hi Ed, yeah i remember discussing the AD08r's with you on facebook. The LSD is on my to do list which i know will make a huge difference on track. I also have a set of 4 pot brembos from a megane RS 265 sat in my garage awaiting the custom carriers from Nathan at freakyparts, these will be mated to some E46 M3 345mm discs, but as usual covid has put a hold on these things for now.......
Good to hear from you Ed

Did you get the brackets sorted?

What geometry did you go with? Camber, toe etc?

Cheers
