Fast Road Pads

I know there have been a number of posts on brake upgrades but i just wanted to get feedback and advice on which fast road pads are best for every day use on normal OEM discs.

My objective is to get increased bite and braking force without any squeel noises. I have a 2.5I and the front pads are very low so i need to replace them anyway. I guess I would also need to replace rear pads?
 
The uprated road pads I've used have all created dust and/or squealed so avoid Performance Friction, Ferodo 2500 and Pagid RS29 pads if it bothers you. I think some of the guys in the States have used Hawk and Axxis pads to good effect so maybe they can recommend something. I doubt your rear pads will have worn as badly as the fronts because they do a small percentage of the braking however it might be worth uprating the rear pads at the same time to maintain the brake bias.
 
Has anyone tried EBC pads and discs on the Z4? Comments? I had them on my car two cars back and found they pretty good but then I only had OEM pads to compare against and there wasn't much of a comparison!
 
Thanks for the feedback guys so does anyone know if Hawk and Axxis pads squeel as I want improved braking but not at the expense of squeeling brakes.

So bruss are you saying that pagid rs14 blue do not squeel?
