Falling E85 prices

The S2000 is a better car in terms of being a proper sports car, from what i've read. The Z4 is a nice everyday car that suits me (could do with more power though) but will never be the ultimate driving machine.

I've had them both and I wouldn't say either is a better sports car, quite different (I prefer the Z engine, S2k was annoying and thirsty) however the S2K had hugely superior build quality ,so they will likely remain in better condition for longer and will be increasingly relevant as the cars age.

I have owned a 3.0 L Z4,Honda s2000, and currently a Boxster. The Honda is probably the most fun out of the three to drive when you are going for it, the gear box is brilliant, the car itself is more raw than a Zed. The Boxster is by far the better handling car, and I think it feels slightly more special.

However as an overall car I think the Zed is the better car of the three, they are simply great value, even though the Boxster is a better car, it is not worth the premium. The Honda is great, but it is a bit of an all or nothing car, certainly not as nice on longer journeys!
