Falken452's

Going to be getting some of these soon, need to switch all 4. Going to use Event or Blackcircles and they seem to be about £496 for a full set fitted. Ive got 18” MV2 alloys, is this a good price?

I am glad you have made this thread as I am in the same situation, go for ease and get them fully fitted Blackcircle or get from camskill and arrange fitting myself and delivery..

Why the 452 and not Vreds? I am undecided..

Go to Mytyres.co.uk and do a search for local fitting station.

Then price the cost from camskill etc.

My local place does mobile tyre fitting for £10 a side, so got them delivered to my home and dont even need to take them in the Z.

I went VREDS, cost more but offer some rim protection.. which Falkens do not.

From experience I can tell you that two 255/18 tyres do not fit in the back of a coupe. One on the passenger seat and one in the back works :)

After research, and reviews on here, I preferred the Vreds as only a little more ££ in the scheme of things.

However, the rarity or lack of availability of the things lead to me going for the F452s.

If I even need to replace one in the middle of nowhere, I know my breakdown company can get their hands on one easily, rather than me get something else then have to replace it with a matching tyre later.

Don't know if you have a SelectaTyre near you, but they advertise their price match policy. Last time I bought some tyres I find a great internet price (may have even been Camskill), and not only did they match the price, but it saved me the Camskill carriage costs!

Fitting and balancing something like £7.50 per wheel.
