Falken tyre pressures

One for the experienced users of Falken 452's.....

I've just fitted a set today on the staggered setup 255/35/18 and 225/40/18 and want to get a feel for the correct pressure, or at least that used by others.

OEM for the RFT's is 36 rear and 33 front that just seems too high. Only Aebous came back on the search and he seems to have kept to those pressures.

What are you guys running at?
 
I too would be keen to know these as I'll be hopefully changing to these tyres soon too :)
 
Man, with all the talk about switching to Falkens, you'd think *someone* would have worked this out. :fuelfire: :evil:
 
I am not running the Falkens but I decided to use 31psi cold all the way around on my PS2s. That's closer to what BMW has on the door frame of the ///Ms with their Contis and I found that 30-32psi hot was almost perfect out on the track with my PS2s.

I don't see any logic to using the RFT tire pressures with my non RFT tires.
 
AlanL - thanks for this. Sounds like the sort of figure I'd want to go with and based upon your track and road experience will give that a try :thumbsup:
