On mytyres.co.uk Falken 452s for the 3.0 litre staggered 18 inch rims are currently -

£94 delivered / £109 fitted per tyre - fronts

£134 delivered / £148 fitted per tyre - rears

So, for a set £456 delivered or £514 fully fitted - this seems like a really good price - is it ? :?

Just wondering if they are cheaper because it's winter, and if so may be worth changing out my Bridgestone run-flats now, especially if I can get a couple of hundred quid for the virtually brand new fronts I that I have currently...

A quick look on Camskill gives a figure of £383 for all 4 delivered, so a much better price. Check my figures as it was a real quick calculation.

A good local fitter should do it for £10 per corner, balanced and new valve so I'd be looking for £80 less that you have posted 'all-in' cost

EDIT - ha ha - by the time I posted there's the prompt abouve to go where I was altready looking for you :)

Thanks guys - Really appreciate you looking for me

I'll also have a chat with a local contact I have to see if he can better the camskills price.

You're welcome. Take a look at some more though such as Black Circles, although with Camskills offered them on sale it looks good.

Go to the tyre dealer and see if he'll price match you to a figure inc. fitting. That way he gets the work and turnover and if he says he can't match, you can see if he'll take shipment and fit them for you. Usually works well.
