Fake Claim on Insurance

I think you need to get a group of fellas together to go have a quiet word with one or more of the clowns :evil: and probs pay Abdul - I am assuming this is his real name - a visit whilst you're at it

If Carlsberg did Pizza Delivery, i'd expect it on an MV Agusta, maybe even with Will Smith dropping it off. And you get to keep the bike. Lovely bike :thumbsup:

Please name the insurance company, I have a feeling you are going to say Aviva. The reason for thinking so is because my son was accused of running into the back of someone and the insurance company were mad keen to pay out to the "other" driver at the expense of my sons excess. The insurance companies were vague as to the whereabouts this all took place but what they didn't reckon with was the fact my sons girlfriend worked for the police and he provided very useful insight. We eventually established where the accident took place, the colour of my sons car and the fact he had a beard. All incorrect but even still the insurance companies wanted to pay out. The clincher was when I threatened them I would take it to court because crucially we could prove by irrefutable evidence my son was at work at the time he was "involved" in the accident. Needless to say they effed off and neither of those companies will ever be invited to provide us with insurance.
I really cant stress enough you really need to come out fighting and call their bluff.
 
No fannying about, go to the insurance ombudsman and get it dealt with.

If you can't pay for the insurance in the meantime, you'll just have to leave the bike at home. I know that's harsh, but until it's cleared up you have to go along with it. The insurance ombudsman will deal with this for you, but it will take a bit of time.

Their judgements are binding by the way - on both parties.
