Hi Guys

Anyone bought something from Factory Kiss?

It seems that they dont reply to any of my emails and the live chat is not working.

Do you have any experience with them? I bought some 80 mm angel eyes 5 days ago. Do you know how much it takes to get them?

Just had a look at the website:

-they do not provide a contact address or telephone number (unless I have missed it somewhere) I thought this was mandatory for on line sales in the UK :?
-clicked on testimonials - there are none, pages says ERROR :(
-on line chat - offline :x

WARNING BELLS for me..... :thumbsdown:

I just had a look too, not heard of them before. To add to AlanJ's comments, under Company Info, -Who are we?, it says Error, there is no information.

If you are suspicious and unable to contact Customer Services or hear back from them, depending on how you paid have you thought about contacting your credit card company or such like?
 
I payed with paypal. I can dispute the transaction.

They are on amazon and on ebay. I will wait 30 days for the package if not i will dispute it on paypal.

ah, Hong Kong distributors. Looks like if they arrive it wont be for a couple of weeks. I've ordered from a number of these guys before (but not Factory Kiss) - quality can be a bit hit and miss, but the products usually arrive.
 
Just noticed that the web site shows -131 days left for discount, the site might have been abandoned.

i think it is the same quality as US angel eyes. :)
