Picked my Z4 two weeks ago, today was my first chance to play with it. Love it!! I tried to add my profile by signing in using my BMW ID and kept getting error messages, reset the App, reset password still no joy. So took the bold steps to factory reset, deleting previous owner settings etc. I now have no Apps, tried to update apps but the icon is greyed out, I can’t connect the car to the My BMW App as there’s no BMW Message App. Really done a job on this! As I write this I am not sure if the nav works as didn’t try this!! Sometimes better to leave alone!! Any help out there?
