Factory phone with Business radio possible ?

I have failed to find the answer to my question so would welcome some info from the experts. Currently I have factory Nav with the factory bluetooth phone module no CD changer and no DSP etc and all fine. My question is if I were to change the head unit for the business radio/cd one and dump the nav screen will the factory bluetooth phone still function. For clarification Im aware of the blue music type options.
