Facelift rear lights on eBay!

I have a question regarding the fog light in these. I have to swap my lights to fit German regulations. Is it a case of just swapping a bulb on these or do I need to buy German Z4 lights?

I think lights are all the same buddy. There is another guy who did it in Germany before. See this post:

Facelift rear lights are the same all over the world ;)

Only if you want to put Pre-Facelift rear lights on your car, you need a german passenger side and for the UK passenger side light, you have to buy a Osram Diadem Bulb for 16€ @ ebay
