Facelift halogen headlights - £300

Hi,

Selling my oem RHD halogen headlights (Black innards). Due to moving abroad and fitting LHD headlights. Removed from my 2006 2.5si.

Both lights are in very good condition, no moisture ingress, all brackets in tact, no hazing (I polished them about 6 months ago). I'll leave all the bulbs in, in case it is of any use.

Looking for £300 collected.
Collection is highly preferred from WA14. If there aren't any takers for collection, I'll definitely consider shipping.

Timing, timing. It's all to do with timing! And this ad is two weeks late for me! Just bought and fitted a set to detango one zed, but they need a polish. But yours are better than the lights on my 2.5si too, so do I swap them with yours? Decisions decisions! And my money this month is going on wheel refurb and tyres. And to add to it all, I'm only up the road in WA15 :headbang:
I'm going to have to ponder on this one...

No problem, got these from amazon. These are sonar lhd headlights. I'm very happy with them..

Price seems to fluctuate a bit, I got them for £312 with shipping, I've seen them as low as 290 or so on amazon. Best of luck!
 
BTW might be worthwhile checking the fk automotive website if you've got a German or other EU mainland address as it could work out cheaper.

Can I just check.... My Z4 doesn't have daytime running lights etc. Will I need to do anything special with the angel eyes or are they just plug n play!?

If you want daytime running lights, you'll need to pull a wire, and link it to the leds. I took a switched life (don't recall which one) from the fuse box under the bonnet.

Basically any time ignition is turned on, the angel eyes go on, and stay on for about 5 seconds after ignition turned off

But in any case if I get the angel eyes and just plug in will all of the normal lights work?

No problem, the 'normal' lights just plug in.
There are also 3 pairs of + and - wire per headlight, 2 of these are for the angel eyes, and 1 is for a little spot led (which I didn't wire in).

So the angel eyes won't work at all, until you splice them into the side light for example or into a switched live.
