Not much else at all
Foglights use the same bulb/fitting so are a straight swap with the loom unchanged.
Headlight washers are a straight swap over as are the colour coded top covers
All mounting hardware is the same, but you may need to juggle the undertray a bit to get it to fit properly
Number plate mouting may need changing as the profile is different on pre and post facelift fronts

All I did by way of an extra project was fit a set of airhorns into the void while the front was off
