Facelift front bumper wanted / O/S headlight maybe

Car rolled into my wall today and did some damage.

Looking at a replacement bumper, reading up i'm not sure if I can just swap out the headlight bracket rather than replacing the whole unit.

If anyone has one near Birmingham would appreciate it. ASAP
 
there's a mounting bracket/lug kit available from BMW it thats the bit you've broken, its only around £15. alot cheaper than a headlight so hopefully that's all you need.
 
Aww damn, I just bought a bumper :( it needs painting, I think my car is carbon or charcoaled black? It has the flake effect in it?

This is the broken bit of the headlight, can it be fixed?

I’m also after a drivers side headlight washer cover

can be fixed. Just contact your local BMW dealer and ask for the headlight bracket repair kit (be careful, there are two different sets, one for the drivers side and one for the other side). Should be around 12-15€.

It hard to tell from the photo exactly how bad the damage is. But yes I think the headlight mounting bracket kit should fix that. You could also use a soldering iron to plastic weld anything the bracket kit misses. Looking at the photo I'm wondering if is it just your plastic bumper mounting bracket that attaches under the wing that needs replacing, rather than the whole bumper?

Hi Mack, I was going to fix the bumper but where it rolled into my wall left some Nast deep scratches! Also cracked around the washer housing.

Hopefully the new bumper just need some painting and bits swapping over.
