Possibly in some cases, but as E86s fetch higher prices than same-model E85s whoever buys them must value them more!

True, but I've no idea why. I had a MK2 Escort RS2000 in the 80s but wouldn't want one now!

Probably less of them around though and whoever buys them must think they have value.

Maybe rose-tinted glasses are a bit like beer glasses in that things look better than they really are!
