Facelift bumper fit prefacelift

my front bumpers a bit stonechiped and has clearly has a previous repair but before i take it off n paint it i was looking at facelift ones as they look shed loads better.

are they a straight swap
 
Yes - direct swap.
Perhaps a couple of minor issues fixing the lower edge of the front tray to the lip of the bumper cover, but minor issue

Remember you'll need the different style foglights and lower grille insert. Kidneys are direct swap over.
 
i have one for sale :wink:

it is black and includes the lower grille, it does need to be sprayed but will look fine.

i also have the side reflectors.

Hi everyone. Purchased my 03 Zed 4 18 months ago and other than swap the 17" inch wheels for 18" inch Ellipsoids and install clear rear lenses, I've resisted the urge to significantly modify the car. However, looking through some of the mods on here I can't resist any longer so first on the list is a facelift front bumper conversion. I've sourced a bumper for £19 of eBay but struggling to find second hand fog lights so it looks like new is the only option. I'm new to the Forum so forgive me if my question has been answered elsewhere. Is BMW my only option or are there any aftermarket lighting specialists out there that may be a bit cheaper?
 
Hi and welcome.

No supermarket options.

Second hand ones are quite rare. be careful as the is/was a corrosion issue with them if you're going the second hand route
 
I think the legendary Jamie at Sopers may be a good bet for these. Rarely see them on ebay which is odd given the number of bumpers you see.
 
I would forget about the fogs and fit the OEM DRL which appear to be where the fogs are located

Thanks for the replies. Suspected BMW would be the only option for fogs. DRL option is worth looking into.
